Assembly Line Race
Today, we had an assembly line race in Technology. It was really fun! But it was even cooler that we won! What we had to do was create an assembly line that was: fast, and didn't leave a lot of extra parts laying around. So our team came up with a plan. We would have 5 people sit at the counter and build the product (which was basically a screw with a little washer then a big washer, then a lock washer, and to keep it all on we put a nut on the end), while there were two part suppliers. I was a part supplier along with my friend Victoria. I would put the parts into a group (little washer, big washer, lock washer, nut, and screw), while Victoria delivered the parts to the people that were waiting to build. We ended up winning with a time around 4 1/2 minutes and the other team had 6 minutes something, BUT......they had 32 parts laying around x 5 which added up to be 9 minutes and more. WE WON!!! Do the happy dance, do the happy dance!!

SHOCKED!!!! ZZZZ!!
Two days ago, we were in A-squared, and we had to go to the Technology teacher's room because Mr Harp (the science teacher) was sick. So, when we went here to learn about lab safety procedures, he did that, and then: we did an experiment. DUN DUN DUN DUUUUUUUU...... He told us to get in a circle and hold hands. Then he put a motor in between two people and they had to touch it. I personally thought that we were going to make the motor work, but all of a sudden he pulled the rip cord.... AND A SHOCK WENT THROUGH ALL OF US!!!!! IT HURT!!! That experiment came as a total surprise! :)
